Changing Your Appsheet Account

You can move your apps from one AppSheet account to another.

If the old and new AppSheet accounts use the same authentication provider, do the following.

  1. Create the new AppSheet account.
  2. Transfer the applications from your old account to your new account as described here.

If the old and new accounts use different authentication providers, do the following.

  1. Create the new AppSheet account.
  2. Log into your old AppSheet account.
  3. Open each existing application you wish to transfer to the new account in the Editor. For each application, click "Share" > "Collaborate", enter the email address of the new account in the "Add app collaborator" box, and click "+Add app collaborator".
  4. Log into your new AppSheet account.
  5. Open and copy each of the applications. This will transfer both the application and the worksheets for the application from the old authentication provider to the new authentication provider.
